Verse of the Week - October 29th 2023

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

- Romans 8:28 (ESV)

The entire chapter of Romans 8 is a powerful exposition of the freedom and hope that believers find in Christ. It begins with the declaration that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus and goes on to explore the transformation that occurs in the life of a believer through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

Romans 8:28 is a verse of assurance. It reminds us that God's sovereignty extends to all aspects of our lives. Whether we are rejoicing in moments of triumph or enduring seasons of suffering, His divine providence is ever-present. Even in our most perplexing and painful circumstances, God is at work, crafting a story of redemption and restoration.

When Paul wrote these words to the Roman Christians, he understood that their lives, like ours, were filled with trials and uncertainties. He wanted them to know that their faith was not in vain. In times of hardship, it's easy to doubt God's goodness and wonder if He has forgotten us. But Romans 8:28 assures us that His love never wavers, and His purpose for us remains unwavering.

Remember that God's love and purpose for you are constant. Even when you can't fathom the reasons behind your trials, trust that God is at work. In every circumstance, He is shaping you, refining you, and leading you towards His ultimate purpose. Embrace the promise of Romans 8:28 with unwavering faith, and find hope in the knowledge that God's redemptive power is at work in all things, no matter how inscrutable they may seem.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."
this verse spoke to me this day- i went into moment of doubt and unclarity- why ? well it is our own doing, actions, or thoughts and allowance of the bad in- But God says love all love your neighbour thus i forgave myself and gave control to God as the doubt also has a purpose of his to unveil- we must never doubt God in our lives .
God is a flow of goodness into our lives not down so even in the doubts we get, God is working for us and our enemy, as god loves all and has no enemy. So in my doubt when i allowed the enemy in – and i prayed for briefly i got anxious and GOD revealed me to take ON my divine peace again by reminding me that my enemy is still Gods child that God loves and its my duty to love all and not blame the enemy for my doubt so it freeed me instantly i healed as i live in divine peace and for 4 hours i became doubtful but our god is a god of revelation and a living spirit clears all doubt and uncertainity as his word speaks to us and revels the answers- it is a miracle and a blessing to know God and fell the living holy spirit so indeed “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
the enemy needed my love and Gods and enemy drew close for comfort through me was of Gods not my desire at all but it is God who provided the enemy even the love they need. so people believe it God uses us to even save the ones we call enemy so the truth is GOD SAYS LOVE ALL AND LOVE OTHERS AS YOU LOVE YOURSELF.
doubt clears as the word speaks as our god is purposed us for his kingdom and all people will see him in us if we follow God as we are one with him. amen

God has us in his arms and his plan is perfectly constructed with his will and timing. We are constantly distracted with the worries of this world, but God wants to take all of our anxiety and help us to know that we are enough, no matter how far we have traveled from him. His love is everlasting, we are loved, and we have been given the blessings by the father of hope to serve everyone that we encounter in our lives.
